Requirements:
pass the mechanic exam of a nationally recognized training program for the elevator industry or the equivalent of a registered apprenticeship program for elevator mechanics.


Employed by a company holding a state certification


minimum of three years experience in the installation, repair, maintenance, or inspection of elevators.
